⋆ ⋆ Behind this Site ⋆ ⋆

I started version 1.0 of this site in late 2024, mainly encouraged by my (at the time) recent surge of early internet nostalgia. As someone who never really got the chance to experience stuff like early forums and blogs, I thought it'd be really fun to try it out and learn web design in the process. I was also growing increasingly frustrated at the lack of attention my posts would get on social media, since it's so difficult to get views there.

I made my first post there on November 11th of 2024, after I had set up the site using a template I found: Zonelets! Zonelets really is a great tool for anyone looking to create their first blog, since so much is built in and automated! Version 1.0 of the site ran on Zonelets for years, albeit with a little tinkering of my own.

On March 13th of 2026, I began concepting for version 2.0 of the site, the one you're on right now! This version of the site would be build from the ground up by myself, with my specific needs in mind! Sure, a lot less would be automated, but I thought it'd be worth it. And worth it it has been! I love this version of the site, as it is 100% absolutely mine!

For the sake of Internet anonimity, I won't be sharing much about myself here. I just wanted to throw in here that I'm like transfem and stuff idk. It's kinda hard to write an "About the Author" section when you want to stay anonymous on the World Wide Web. Hm. Maybe this section was a bad idea.
